To Approve, Confirm and sign the minutes of our last Regular Meeting held on
Saturday 5th May 2025 and Saturday 6th September 2025.
To Attend Letters and Communications.
To Attend to Grand Lodge Communications.
To Raise Bro. Pedro Augousti to the Third Degree.
Initiated 18th February 2023.
Passed 16th March 2024
Ceremony by W.Bro. Anthony Dominique & W.Bro. Matthew Le Seelleur.
Second Degree Working Tools presented by W.Bro. Robby Chilton.
Second Degree Tracing Board explained by
W.Bro. Chris Denham.
To Elect by Ballot.
The Master and Treasurer are for the ensuing year.
In accordance with the provisions of Rules 105(A) and 112(A) of the Book of
Constitutions,
Bro. Charlie Nicholson and W.Bro. Anthony Dominique, being the only candidates
for Worshipful Master and Treasurer, and the Brother Secretary not having been
informed of any other Candidates, the Worshipful Master will declare them as
Master Elect and Treasurer Elect respectively.
Two representatives to serve on the Provincial Charities and the Provincial Finance
& General Purposes Committees.
It is customary that the Lodge’s Charity Steward and the Almoner serve on these
Committees.
Four Brethren to serve on the Lodge GPC for the ensuing year. It is customary that
the two Wardens and two Deacons serve on this Committee.
10. Two Members to act as Lodge Examiners.
W.Bro. Anthony (Tony) Long and W.Bro. Mike Brayne have agreed to serve.
11. The Tyler for the ensuing year.
W.Bro. Daffid Ceiriog-Hughes has agreed to continue to serve as Tyler.
12. Almoners Report & to Collect Alms.
13. Charity Stewards Report.
14. Mentors Report.
15. Any other Masonic Business.
