• 1. To open the Lodge
• 2. To approve & confirm the Minutes of the last Regular Meeting held on the 14th October,2025
• 3. To welcome our Visitors and Guests
• 4. To Receive any Apologies for Absence
• 5. To Raise Bro Douglas MILLEN Initiated on 9th March, 2024 and Passed on the 16th November, 2024 at the Temperence & Benevolent Lodge 1160 The ceremony will be conducted by W/Bro Frederick Biggs and the Traditional History will be presented by W/Bro Nick Birch.
• 6. The Worshipful Master will appoint and invest those Officers who were not present on the 14th October, 2025
• 7. The Treasurer to present the Lodge Accounts for the 2024/25 season that have been confirmed by the Lodge Financial Examiners.
• 8. To Ballot for Initiation two potential Candidates (1) Terence Roy BLACKSHAW-MAY .Proposed by W/Bro Young and Seconded by W/Bro Johnson & (2) Aaron Luke Steven PERRY, Proposed by W/Bro Gale and Seconded by W/Bro Johnson.
• 9. To collect Alms.
• 10. To Receive reports from:                                                                                  (a) The Royal Arch Representative                                                            (b) The Representative on the Finance & General Purposes Committee   (if any).                                                                                                            (c) The Almoner                                                                                                       (d) The Charity Steward
