AGENDA for the INSTALLATION MEETING of the Lodge to be held at the Masonic Temple, Eastbourne on Monday 24th November 2025

1 To Open the Lodge at 16.30

2 To welcome W Bro W J T P PSGD, Assistant Provincial Grand Master,

into the Lodge, Escorted by W Bro M J R, Past Provincial Senior Grand Deacon.

3. To confirm, and sign the Minutes of the Meeting of the Lodge held on Monday 20th October 2025

4. To read the Minutes of the Installation Meeting held on Monday 27th November 2000 Worshipful Bro R A White – Worshipful Master, W Bro M J Oliver, Master Elect

5. To Consider the Correspondence.

6 The Installing Master will invite the following to assist him with the Installation
