AGENDA for the REGULAR MEETING
of the Lodge to be held at the Masonic Temple, Eastbourne
on Monday 20th October 2025

1 To Open the Lodge at 17.30
2. To Acknowledge the Dispensation
3. To confirm, and sign the Minutes of the Meeting of the Lodge held on Monday 29th
September 2025
4. To read the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held on Monday 30th October
2000 Worshipful Bro R A White – Worshipful Master
5. To Consider the Correspondence.
6. To Raise Bro J Bayliss to the Sublime Degree of a Master Mason.
The Worshipful Master will confer the Degree and give the Traditional History.

7. To Ballot for: W Bro John Sargent as a re-joining Member. W Bro Darryl Johnstone
as a joining Member, of the Lodge of St Michael No 4426, Proposed by W Bro R White and Seconded by W Bro P Gates at the last meeting, & as a Candidate for Initiation Mr Graham Farmer, Proposed at the Last meeting by Bro J Maddock and Seconded by W Bro P G V Kenward
8 To receive the Almoner and Charity Stewards’ reports. The Almoner will Propose that the following Donations be paid from the Lodge’s funds:-
Barford Ct £75,
PGM’s Relief Fund £125,
Eastbourne Widows £350,
Widow’s Christmas Fund £400,
TLC fund £140,
Trout & Salmon £100,
St Wilfrid’s £50
A total of £1480
9 Election of the Worshipful Master: in accordance with the provisions of the Book of
Constitution rule 105, Bro Paul William Taylor being the only candidate
for Master Elect and the Secretary not having being informed of any other candidate,
the W M will declare W Bro Michael Oliver Master Elect for the coming year.
10 Election of Treasurer: in accordance with the provisions of the Book of Constitution
rule 112 Worshipful Brother Richard W Fitzgerald, being the only candidate for
Treasurer and the Secretary not having being informed of any other candidate, the
Worshipful Master to declare W. Bro Richard Fitzgerald Treasurer for the ensuing
year.
11. To Elect two Brethren to act as Account Examiners for the ensuing year
12. To Elect a Brother to serve on the Temple Committee.
13 To Elect a Brother to serve on the Finance and General Purposes Committee of
Provincial Grand Lodge and one for the Charities’ Committee of P G L
14. To Elect a Tyler for the coming year.
15 To Collect Alms
16 The Risings
17 To Close the Lodge.
