2. To confirm the Minutes of the meeting held on 9th April 2025
3. To invest those offices who were absent from the Installation meeting (Tim Burchell as
Steward if present)
4. To welcome Visitors and Guests
5. Apologies and other Communications
6. Pursuant to Notice given on 8th April 2024 to ballot as Candidates for Initiation;
a) Rafael Pirassununga who was proposed by W. Bro. David Hanley and seconded by W. Bro. Rupert
Marsh having been successfully interviewed by a Board of Past Masters.
b) Michael Scott Nimmo proposed byW. Bro. David Hanley and
Seconded W. Bro. Danny Shaves having also been successfully interviewed by a Board of
Past Masters.
7. Subject to the Successful ballot of Rafael Pirassinunga (see 7(a) above), to Initiate him into
Freemasonry and this Lodge in particular.
8. Election and/or Declaration of officers for our 2025/6 Masonic Year;
(a) W. Master. Candidates being W. Bro. Glenn Rogers, P.Pr.AGDC and Bro. Karl Almark,

(b) Treasurer
(c) Representative to Provincial Charities and Finance & General Purposes Committees
(d) Representatives to the Bexhill Masonic Hall Board
9. To ballot two accounts examiners
10.To ballot that the Manor Barn remain as the venue for our Festive Boards for 2025/6 season.
11.To receive and accept, as necessary, the pre-circulated reports from;
a) The Treasurer b) Almoner, c) Charity Steward
d) Mentor/Membership Officer e) Royal Arch Rep.
f) Lodge Rep. to Provincial F&GPC
12. To collect Alms
13. Risings and Any Other Business (including any Notices for ballots at the next meeting)
14. To Close the Lodge
