AGENDA
1) To open the Lodge at 16:00
2) To confirm the Minutes of the meeting held on 8th October 2025
3) Matters arising
4) To welcome visitors and guests
5) Apologies and communications
6) To appoint temporary officers to the Senior Warden and the Junior Wardens’ posts and as Inner Guard and an additional ADC.
7) To install into the chair of King Solomon, Bro. Allmark
8) To appoint and invest the Officers of the Lodge.
9) To deliver addresses to;
- The Worshipful Master by W. Bro Marsh, LGR
- The Wardens by W. Bro Carzana
10) The Brethren by W. Bro. Ewen, PProvSGD (W.Kent)
11) To elect seven Past Master of or in the Lodge as additional members of the General Purposes Committee for the ensuing year.
12) To receive and accept, as necessary, the pre-circulated reports from;
- The Treasurer (including confirming that annual subscriptions remain unchanged
- Almoner,
c) Charity Steward
d) Mentor/Membership Officer
e) Royal Arch Rep.
f) Lodge Rep. to Provincial F&GPC
13) To vote, by a show of hands, on the proposals that charitable donations of £150.00 each be made to the following;
a) The Provincial Grand Master’s Relief Fund b)
The Teddy Bear Appeal
14) To collect Alms
15) Risings and Any Other Business (including any Notices for ballots at the next meeting)
16) To Close the Lodge
