AGENDA

1. To open the Lodge at 5.30 p.m.
2. To approve the minutes of the last regular meeting held on Tuesday 16″ September 2025.
3. To read letters and communications.
4. To ballot for and if successful, to initiate Mr. D J M,
5. To present Grand Lodge certificates to Bro’s David Vaughan Palmer, Reece Moss and Matthew James Menham, all three initiated into the Lodge on Tuesday 20″ February 2024.
   Bro Moss was Passed to the degree of a Fellowcraft on Tuesday 17h September 2024, and Bro’s Palmer and Menham were Passed on Tuesday 19th November 2024.
   All three were Raised at the last regular meeting held on Tuesday 16*h September 2025.
6. Pursuant to written Notice of Motion, to propose the exclusion of members in accordance with Rule 181, Book of Constitutions.
7. To receive reports from the Treasurer, Almoner, Charity Steward and Membership Officer.
8. Risings.
9. To close the Lodge.
