2. To Ballot for Joining Member: W. Bro. Darren Paul Wilson:
   Proposed by W. Bro. M Stephenson, PPrSGD at the Regular Meeting 28*h October 2025 and Seconded by W. Bro. A.J. Padley, PPrJGD.
   Subject to the Ballot being in favour, welcome Bro. Darren as a joining Member
3. To note the Reports from the following officers which have previously been circulated

Bro Charity Steward: Pursuant to the Notice of Motion given at the Regular Meeting held on Tuesday 28th October 2025, Bro Charity Steward will propose the following:-A sum of E150 be donated to The Eastbourne & District Masonic Widows Assoc A sum of £50 be donated to the Provincial grand Masters Relief Fund A sum of £50 be donated to Friends of Barford Court A sum of £50 be donated to The Masonic Fishing Charity A sum of £50 be donated to T.L.C.

Bro Treasurer: Pursuant to the Notice of Motion given at the Regular Meeting held on Tuesday 28th October 2025 he will propose that any member, whose subscriptions remain unpaid at 24in Nov 2025 will be excluded from the lodge in accordance with BoC Rule 181 & TAL9450 by Law 6

Bro Treasurer: Pursuant to the Notice of Motion given at the Regular Meeting held on Tuesday 28th October 2025 he will propose that annual subs increase to £185.00 as of 01.02.2026

6. Elections a)

In accordance with the provisions of Book of Constitutions Rule 105(a) Bro. S.C. Moss, being the only candidate for Master Elect and the Secretary not having been informed of any other Candidate the WM will declare Bro. S.C. Moss, Master Elect for the ensuing year.

b)

In accordance with the provisions of Book of Constitutions Rule 112a W. Bro. R.I. Cottrell, PP/SGD, being the only Candidate for Treasurer Elect and the Secretary not having been informed of any other Candidate, the Worshipful Master will declare W. Bro. R.I. Cottrell PPrSGD, Treasurer for the ensuing year.
