To take as read and consider for confirmation the Minutes of the Two Hundred and Twenty-

Second Regular Meeting held on Tuesday, 28th October 2025.

To Install Bro. S M U.

To Appoint and Invest the Officers for the ensuing year.

To Elect Representatives for Provincial Halls & Petitions Committees & SMSA; Two

Independent Examiners; and Two Brethren to serve on the Lodge Committee.

To record the esteem and appreciation of the Lodge for W Bro. R O for his

year of office.

VW Bro. D PGSwdB, DepProvGM, SLGR will present W Bro. T C, PPAGReg, LGR

with his 60 Year Certificate having being initiated into Freemasonry on 4th November 1965.

To receive Reports from the Almoner, Charity Steward, Membership Officer and the Royal Arch

Representative.

10. To ballot for three Honorary Members.

11. To ballot for exclusion of a brother under Rule 181 (By-Law 6)

12. To circulate the Charity Column.

13. To receive Reports from any other Officers or Representatives; and to transact any other

relevant Lodge business.

14. To take the Risings and close the Lodge
