AGENDA

1. To Open the Lodge at 17:00.
2. To confirm the minutes of the September and October meetings.
3. To read correspondence and receive apologies.
4. To ballot, in accordance with the Book of Constitutions rule 105a, for the ensuing year: a.
   Worshipful Master. W. Bro.Holliday being the only candidate for Master Elect and the Secretary not being informed of any other candidate the Worshipful Master will declare that W. Bro.Holliday Master Elect for the ensuing year.

b. Treasurer. Bro. Savill being the only candidate for Treasurer and the Secretary not being informed of any other candidate, the Worshipful Master will declare Bro. Savill Treasurer for the ensuing year

5. To elect a Tyler.

To elect Brethren to the following committees: a) Audit Committee b) Provincial Charities Committee c) Provincial Finance and General Purposes Committee

7. Pursuant to the notice of motion given at the meeting held on Tuesday, September 9th, a ballot will be held to accept that the subscriptions for 2026 will be £220.00. The Lodge will pay £20.00 towards each member’s fee which, ideally, will be spread over nine

8. Presentation of a Patrons Certificate to Sussex Services Lodge for the 2028 Sussex Festival. W. Bro.Standing PProvJGD.

9. To collect Alms.
