4. To Ballot for and if approved welcome joining members proposed in open Lodge:

Both brethren proposed by W. Bro Stephens and seconded by W. Bro Moody, all clearance certificates supplied.

To appoint and invest Officer’s not present at the Installation meeting.

1. To Ballot for Mr P M B, Proposed by W. Bro. Bergh and seconded by W. Bro Neale, in open lodge on the 9* October 2025.
2. To Ballot for and if approved initiate Mr L W, Proposed by Bro. R Y, and seconded by W. Bro. N W, in open lodge on the 9th October 2025.
   Working tools: W. Bro. Moody Charge after Initiation: W. Bro Allen.
3. To conduct the Initiate’s Chain, by W. Bro. Saunders.
4. To give notice of motion for the following donations from the Charities Account:
