REGULAR MEETING – WEDNESDAY, 15TH OCTOBER 2025
Coffee and bacon rolls are served at 10:30

1 To open the Lodge at 11:00
2 To confirm the Minutes of the meeting held on 19th March 2025.
3 To welcome visitors and guests
4 To install those officers who were not present at the Installation meeting (Inner Guard,
Tyler).
5 To receive apologies and other communications other than those under the Rising.
6 To undertake a demonstration/rehearsal of the Installation of a new W. Master
7 (i) To declare that, in the absence of any other candidate, Bro. Kenneth Michael Palen be
installed into the Chair of King Solomon of this Lodge at the next meeting of the Lodge.
(ii) To declare W. Bro. Jeffrey Wallis as Treasurer for the coming year
8 Upon the Lodge numbers continuing to be restricted and in accordance with recent
custom to declare that all members of the Lodge shall be entitled to attend the GPC.
9 In the absence of alternative candidates to appoint W. Bros. Danny Shaves and Chris
White as Account Examiners
10 To appoint W. Bro. Danny Shaves as Lodge Representative to the Provincial Charities
and Provincial Finance & General Purposes Committee snd W. Bro Chris White as Royal
Arch Representative.
11 To receive any updates on pre-circulated reports from;-
(a) the Treasurer, (b) Almoner, (c) Charity Steward, (d)
Mentor, (è) Lodge Representative to Provincial Charities & Provincial Finance &
General Purposes Committee.
12 To collect Alms
13 Risings and Any Other Business
14 To close the Lodge
