Saltdean Lodge No. 8039

1. To open the Lodge.
2. To receive the Provincial Grand Master, R. W. Bro Austin, and a team of Provincial Officers into the lodge escorted by W. Bro. Robinson, PProvSGD.
3. To approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on 3rd October 2025.
4. To receive letters, communications and apologies.
5. Install W. Bro Grayer, PPrGSwdB, as Worshipful Master by Proclamation.
6. The Worshipful Master to install his officers. a)Address to the Wardens by W.Bro Treadaway b)Address to the Brethren by W.Bro Wickenden.
7. Lodge’s 60th year history. Presentation by V.W. Bro. Flint, PGSwdB.
8. Presentation of a Platinum award for the Sussex MCF 2028 Festival by the Provincial Grand Master, R. W. Bro. Austin.
9. Pursuant to notice of motion given at the last regular meeting, donations to be made as follows: The Marletts Hospice £100, Sussex 2028 Festival £100, Masonic Salmon & Trout Fishing Charity £50, Barford Court £50, British Heart Foundation £25, Lodge Widows (5@£30 each) £150, Masonic Ladies Fund £100, Teddy Bear Appeal (TLC) £175, and Blind Veterans Association £50, in total £800.
10. To propose two new candidates; (1) James Austin, Proposed by Bro. Johnson and seconded by W.Bro Treadaway (2) Zabtiyeogullari, Proposed by Bro. Johnson and seconded by W.Bro. Robert.
11. To receive reports from the Lodge Almoner, Membership Officer and Charity Steward.
12. To collect Alms (deferred to Festive Board).
13. Pursuant to notice of motion given at the last regular meeting ‘that any member whose subscription, due on 1st November 2024, remains unpaid on 31st October 2025, shall be excluded from the lodge in accordance with rule 181 Book of Constitutions and rule 6 of the Lodge By-Laws.
