Fire Evacuation Procedure Announcement

1. To open the Lodge for the 1212th Regular Meeting.

2. To confirm the minutes of the 1211th Regular Meeting circulated with the Summons and note the contents of the current Lodge Report circulated beforehand (any questions on the latter should be raised with the Secretary outside the meeting).

3. To welcome the visitors.

4. To take letters and correspondence.

5. To elect a Worshipful Master for the ensuing year. The Secretary is aware of only one nominee, Bro Alex Mayor (SW 24/25). (Rule 105a applies).

6. To elect a Treasurer for the ensuing year. The Secretary is aware of only one nominee, W. Bro Mike Hipkiss PPrGSwdB. (Rule 112a applies).
7. Pursuant to a notice of motion, to elect by show of hands the Senior and Junior Deacons for 2023/24 as members of the Lodge Audit Committee (By-Law 5) and re-elect two members of the Lodge GPC – (By-Law 4).

8. Pursuant to a notice of motion, to ballot on the exclusion of Lodge members for non-payment of subscription (Rule 181, By-Law 6).

9. To collect alms

10. To close the Lodge.

This will be followed by a talk from two charities that are being supported by Sackville Lodge. ‘Being Neighbourly’ – Fiona Hayward & David Kent followed by ‘Veterans Breakfast Club’ – Paul Grief & Colin King .
