proposed by W, Bro Justin Tyler and seconded by W. Bro Graham Watkins all clearance certificates provided. - To Ballot for Mr David Barnett & Mr Dale Seymore, as initiates, see addendum sheet.
6. To Ballot as an Honorary Member W Bro John Hornblow, PSGD, PAsstProvGM, Primus Master of L9990 proposed by W, Bro Mark Dodd and seconded by W. Bro Graham Watkins.
7. To Pass Bro Spencer Carter and or Bro Joao Pedro Matos Silva Mourao Do Nascimento, initiated of the 3rd May 2025 Presentation of the 2nd Degree Tracing Board – W. Bro Rob Wilkinson
8. To Elect the Worshipful Master. In accordance with the provisions of the Book of Constitutions. Rule 105(a) W Bro Gareth Scourfield being the only candidate for Master Elect, and the secretary not having been informed of any other candidate, the Worshipful Master to declare W Bro Gareth Scourfield as Master Elect for the ensuing year.
9. To Elect a Treasurer in accordance with the provisions of the Book of Constitutions Rile 112(a).
10. To ELECT, in accordance with the provisions of the book of Constitutions Rule 113, W Bro Steve Earl as Guest Tyler for the ensuing year.
11. To ELECT a Member to serve on:
a) Provincial Finance & General Purposes Committee b) Provincial Grand Charitie c) Brighton Temple Committee
12. To Elect two Accounts Examiners for the ensuing year.
13. To Receive reports if not already circulated, from The Almoner, Charity Steward, Membership Officer and Lodge Mentor.
14. The Charity Steward to propose a notice of motion that the Lodge donates to the following Charities
a) TLC – £200.00 b) PGM Relief Fund £50.00 c) Barford Court £50.00 d) Sussex for Sussex £100.00
d) 2028 Festival to meet Lodge Patron Target £2200.00
15. Pursuant to Notice of Motion at the last Regular Meeting and in accordance with the book of Constitutions Rule 181 and Lodge By-Law 6, the Treasurer will propose that any Lodge member in default of annual subscriptions for 2025 be excluded from the Lodge.
16. To collect Alms. These will be collected at the Festive Board or alternatively please pay by BACS into the Lodge bank account using ALMS and surname as reference. Sort code:
