1. To approve the minutes ( previously circulated) of the installation meeting held on 13TH OCTOBER 025
2. 3. To receive any Correspondence and Apologies

1. WM to install officers absent from the installation meeting
2. Bro E Sampson proposes Christian Daniel SAMPSON as a candidate for initiation, notice having been given at the last meeting. Secretary will second the proposal.
3. Ballot for the candidate. If ballot is in favour then the candidate will be initiated
4. To Receive the Almoners report
5. To Receive the Charity Stewards report .
6. To collect Alms.
7. To report Communications (Risings)

11. To Close the Lodge
