1. To open the Lodge at 3.30pm.
2. To confirm and approve the Minutes (already circulated) of the 456th Regular
Meeting held on Saturday 26th April 2025
3. To receive the representative of the Provincial Grand Master, Assistant
Provincial Grand Master W.Bro Christopher John Farrow PJGD
4. To receive Correspondence, Communications and apologies
5. In accordance with the Book of Constitution, Rule 106 and Rule 105A W.Bro Andrew Arthur Marshall being the only candidate for Master Elect and the Secretary not having been informed of any other candidate, the Worshipful Master to declare him the Master Elect for the ensuing year.
6. To proceed to the Ceremony of Induction of W.Bro Andrew Arthur Marshall
into the Chair of King Solomon as the 75th Worshipful Master. Assisting will be
W.Bro W. Smith (IM), W.Bro T. Wood (SW), W.Bro P. Bulmer (JW), W. Bro M.
West (ADC), W. Bro R. Cooper (IG), and W. Bro I. Morgan (Tyler)
7. The Lodge will be called off for refreshment and subsequently called on.
8. To appoint and invest Officers of the Lodge
9. Addresses to W. Master by W.Bro W Smith, Wardens by W.Bro A Marshall, and
to the Brethren by W.Bro R Beale
10. To give Notice of Motion to ballot for initiation at the next regular meeting Mr.
James William Stanger, Proposed by Bro R. Beaden,
Seconded by W.Bro P. Lown
11. To receive reports from the Lodge Almoner and Charity Steward
12. To collect Alms
13. To consider any other Masonic Business.
14. To close the Lodge
