1. To open the Lodge at 4.30pm.

2. To confirm and approve the Minutes (already circulated) of the 457th Regular Meeting held on Saturday 18th October 2025

3. To receive Correspondence, Communications and apologies

4. To greet our guests

5. To appoint/Invest Officers of the Lodge unavoidably absent at our Installation meeting

6. Pursuant to the Notice of Motion given at the last regular meeting, to ballot for initiation, Mr. J W S, Proposed by Bro R. B, Seconded by W.Bro P. L

7. To proceed with the ceremony of Initiation should the Ballot prove in favour

8. Pursuant to Notice of Motion given by the Lodge Almoner at the last meeting to ballot by a show of hands, to agree the Christmas gifts to our Lodge Widows,(£30 each).

9. To receive and approve the examined Lodge Accounts 2024/2025, from our Lodge Treasurer.

10. To report on the Provincial Charities, Financial and General Purposes Committee meeting held on 3rd November 2025

11. To receive reports from the Lodge Almoner, Charity Steward and Membership Officer

12. To collect Alms

13. To consider any other Masonic Business.

14. To close the Lodge
