4. To read communications and submit apologies.
5. To ballot for Bro Graham Port as an honorary member. Proposed by W.Bro. Stephen Gates.
6. To ballot for Mr. Oliver Leonard-Diss, as a candidate for Initiation. Proposed by Bro Luke Day and seconded by W.Bro N Speight.
7. If the ballot proves successful to Initiate Mr Oliver Leonard-Diss.
8. Almoners report.
9. To consider any other Masonic business.
10. To collect alms.
11. To close the Lodge.
