3. To receive letters, communications and apologies.

4. To invest any Officers not present at Installation.

5. To Ballot for as a Candidate, and if present to Initiate Mr D C, Proposed in Open Lodge on 18/10/2024 by W.Bro N.L. Seconded by W.Bro R.E.F.W.

6. Ceremony by the WM W.Bro.C.S and his officers.

Charge after Initiation by Bro.L.M.

Pursuant to notice of motion given on 17th October 2025 to Ballot for an Honorary member W.Bro.R A.

To present an MCF Silver award by W.Bro.G S on behalf of the Festival Committee.

8. To collect alms.

9. To receive reports from (a) The Almoner, (b) The Charity Steward.

10. The Risings.

11. To close the Lodge.
