1. To Open the Lodge.
2. The Minutes of the Regular Meeting held on 26th September having been circulated to be put for confirmation.
3. To receive letters, communications and apologies.
4. To read a precis of the Minutes of Fifty Years ago.
5. To ballot for as Joining Members, four W Bro’s and one Bro from Chaggeley Lodge No. 8609 (Details on attached appendix).
6. To ballot for as a Candidate for Initiation, Mr. D H, Proposed by Bro JA McCarthy, seconded by W Bro MI Scott.
7. To ballot for as a Candidate for Initiation, Mr. T A S, Proposed by Bro AJ Ketley, seconded by W Bro CJ Farrow
8. If the ballot proves successful, to Initiate Mr T A S.
   The Ceremony will be conducted by the WM. The Charge to the Initiate will be given by W Bro GPN Flower.
9. To receive any updates to the Almoner’s report circulated prior to the meeting.
10. To collect Alms. (you can pay online to Pelham Benevolent Fund, Sort Code 77:63:05 A/C No. 67935560)
11. To transact any other Masonic business.
12. To Close the Lodge.
