5. To invest those Officers appointed at the Installation meeting and who were unavoidably absent.

6. To Ballot for Mr.J D P C,
Proposed at the Installation meeting held on 24th September 2025 by Bro.Leslie Field and Seconded by Bro.Spencer Desjarlais.
To Initiate Mr.C subject to a successful ballot.
The Ceremony to be conducted by the Worshipful Master assisted by Past Masters.
The Charge to the Initiate by W.Bro.Paul Boswell.
