1. To Open the Lodge.

2. To observe an Act of Remembrance for those who have given their lives in the service of their country.

3. To confirm the Minutes of the 344th Regular meeting held Saturday 18th October 2025.

4. To receive correspondence and apologies.

5. To appoint and invest those Officers who were unavoidably absent from the Installation meeting.

6. To Pass: Bro Gray who was Initiated into this lodge on the 19th October 2024. If Bro Gray is not in attendance, a demonstration of the ceremony of Passing will be given. The explanation of the 2nd Degree Tracing Board will be given by W Bro Purser, PSGD AsstProvGM.

7. Bro Almoner to Report.

10. To Collect Alms.

11. Risings.

12. To close the Lodge.
