1. To confirm the minutes of the last regular meeting held on Friday 25th April 2025.
2. Correspondence and apologies.
3. To Raise Bro. James A. Shreeve to the third degree, initiated Friday 28th February, passed
Friday 25th April.
4. Pursuant to notice given on 25th April 2025, to consider a proposal by W. Bro. C. B.
Mandry, that the Annual Subscription be increased from £265.00 to £315.00, with effect
from 1st January 2026.
5. Pursuant to notice given on 25th April 2025, to consider a proposal by W. Bro. C. B.
Mandry, that the following brethren be excluded from the lodge for non-payment of
lodge subscription for the year 2025.
6. To receive the Almoner and Charity Steward’s reports.
7. To receive the Membership Officer’s report.
8. To collect Alms.
