5. To ballot as candidates for Freemasonry and Membership of this lodge Mr Bruno Ricardo Gomes Aguiar De Oliveira and Mr Berk Gun, proposed in open lodge on 20th August 2025 by Bro Burak Mustafa Furtun and seconded by W Bro Peter Lloyd Woolgar.

6. If the ballot proves clear to initiate Mr Bruno Ricardo Gomes Aguiar De Oliveira and Mr Berk Gun. The ceremony is to be conducted by W Bro Jeremy Hopkins, charge after initiation by W Bro Karl Nilchibar.
