Labour of the Lodge

1. To open the Lodge.
2. To welcome our Visitors.
3. To confirm and approve the circulated Minutes of the last regular meeting.
4. To receive letters and communications.
5. To raise Bro Vragotuk to the sublime degree of a Master Mason.
6. To note an application for Lodge membership as an Initiate into masonry from Mr Smith, proposed by W Bro Sansom and seconded by W Bro Jacobs.
7. In accordance with Rule 11 of the By Laws of our Lodge, to give notice that a proposal to scrap the Lodge Joining Fee of £70 will be formally presented by the Lodge Secretary at our January 2026 meeting, this being our next Regular meeting.
8. To receive the Almoner’s Report.
9. To receive the Treasurer’s Report.
10. To receive the Charity Steward’s Report.
11. To collect Alms. Alms collected in the Lodge will go the Ockenden Lodge Benevolent Fund. Alms collected at the Festive Board will be collected, via Relief Chest envelopes, for Ockenden’s Relief Chest Scheme. Money collected via Raffles will go to the Lodge’s Benevolent Fund.You are encouraged to donate to Sussex2028 via Direct Debit. Forms are available at the Secretary’s desk in the Lodge, online and from the Charity Steward.12. To close the Lodge.
