Midhurst Lodge No. 4460 – Initiation Ceremony

1. To open the Lodge

2. To receive and, if approved, confirm the minutes of the 849th (Installation) Meeting held on Tuesday 21st October 2025.

3. a). To receive communications.

b). To welcome visitors.

4. To appoint and invest the Officers of the Lodge not present at the Installation meeting.

5. To Ballot as Candidates for Initiation:

a). Mr D J L (known as Jordan) proposed in open Lodge by W Bro S A H on behalf of, W Bro J A Backshall and Seconded by W Bro P E P on 21st October 2025. and

b). Mr M G M (Matt) , proposed in open Lodge by W Bro C P G and Seconded by Bro J L W on 21st October 2025.

6. To Initiate Mr D J L details as above, assuming the Ballot proves in his favour.

7. To receive the Almoner’s report.

8. To receive the Charity Steward’s report.

9. To receive the Membership Officers report.

10. To receive the Mentors report.

11. The Risings.

12. To close the Lodge.
