2. To approve and confirm the minutes of the 709 Regular Meeting on Thursday, May 15, 2025.
3. To read letters and report communications.
4. To ballot for immediate initiation of Mr K O H,Proposed, March 20, 2025, in Open Lodge by Bro Gwyn Hughes, seconded by Bro Bob Whiteman.
5. To initiate the candidate into Freemasonry, subject to the ballot proving in his favour, Ancient
Charge by W. Bro Peter Jenkins.
6. To ballot for a non-attached joining member, W. Bro Gary Robert Mead, proposed on 16 May 2025, in Open Lodge, by Bro. Bob Whiteman and seconded by Bro. Gwyn Hughes.
7. To elect three temporary representatives to serve on the Centre Management Committee for the
coming year.
8. To elect a representative for the Provincial Finance & GPC for the ensuing year.
9. To elect a representative for Provincial Charities for the ensuing year.
10. To elect two examiners for the Lodge account for the ensuing year.
11. To elect a Tyler for the ensuing year.
12. To receive the Charity Stewards’ report.
13. To receive the Almoners’ report.
14. To receive the Membership Officer and Mentors’ report.
15. To collect Alms.
16. To consider the Risings.
17. To close the Lodge.
