 To open the Lodge.
 To submit for confirmation the minutes of the
338th regular meeting held on April 4th 2025.
 To Read letters and communications.
 To install any officers who were not available at the
installation meeting on April 4th 2025.
 To raise Bro. Bradley Cousins to the sublime degree of a
Master Mason.
 To consider the lodge accounts from 2024-2025 and submit
the report from the auditors for confirmation.
 To present the Charity Stewards’ account for 2024-2025.
 To receive a proposal from the Charity steward that the
Lodge purchases a SumUp Card Payment machine for the
sole use of the Charity Steward at a cost of £94.80.
 To receive a proposal from the Charity steward that the
Lodge, on behalf of all its members, purchases £50 of Raffle
Tickets from Barford Court and any cash prizes are paid to
the Lodge Charity account, and that this purchase is re-
peated every year.
 To Close the Lodge.
