4 To ballot for a Candidate for Initiation into Freemasonry
Mr W J U, proposed at the
meeting held on 15th September 2025 by W Bro Peter
Woolgar and seconded by W Bro George Woollard.
5 If the ballot proves in favour, to initiate Mr W U,
the ceremony to be conducted by W Bro Jeremy Hopkins
and officers of the Lodge.
The Charge to the Initiate will be presented by W Bro
Dave Allen
6 To present the accounts for the year ending 30th April
2025
7 Receive Reports from the Charity Steward and the
Almoner
8 To Collect Alms.
8 To close the Lodge.
