BUSINESS
1. To open the Lodge.
2. To confirm the Minutes of the 462nd regular meeting of the Lodge held on Friday 25th April 2025.
3. To read letters and communications.
4. To conduct a Ballot for Mr G D H Proposed in Open Lodge on the 25th April 2025 by Bro Stuart Boseley, Seconded by W Bro John Hufflett.
5. To conduct a rehearsal of the Ceremony of Initiation.
6. In accordance with the Book of Constitutions Rule 105(a), Bro Stuart Boseley being the only Candidate for Master Elect, and the Secretary not having been informed of any other Candidate, the Worshipful Master will declare Bro Boseley elected as Master for the ensuing year
7. In accordance with the Book of Constitutions Rule 112(a) VW Bro D E Durrant being the only Candidate for Treasurer, and the Secretary not having been informed of any other Candidate, the Worshipful Master will declare VW Bro Durrant elected as Treasurer for the ensuing year.
8. To elect a) the Lodge Tyler, b) a representative to the Provincial Grand Lodge Charities Committee, c) a Representative to the Provincial Finance and General Purposes Committee, d) two additional representatives to the Lodge General Purposes Committee.
9. Pursuant to Notice of Motion given at the April meeting, Bro Treasurer to propose that the annual subscription be increased to £175.00 for the ensuing year.
10. To collect Alms.
11. To close the Lodge
