1. To open the Lodge at 17:30
2. To Confirm the Minutes of the 467th Regular Meeting held on
Friday 25th July 2025.
3. To elect for the ensuing year:
a/ A Worshipful Master
In accordance with the provisions of Book of Constitutions Rule 105[a], W Bro
Timothy Baker being the only candidate for Master Elect and the
Secretary not having been informed of any other candidate; the Worshipful
Master will declare W Bro Timothy Baker Master Elect for the ensuing
year.
b/ A Treasurer
In accordance with the provisions of Book of Constitutions Rule 112[a], W.Bro
Tony Milner being the only candidate for Treasurer and the Secretary not
having been informed of any other candidate; the Worshipful Master will
declare W.Bro Tony Milner Treasurer for the ensuing year.
c/ A member to serve on the Provincial Grand Charities Committee
d/ A member to serve on the Provincial Grand General Purposes Committee
e/ Two members to serve on the Lodge General Purposes Committee
f/ The Lodge Account Examiners
g/ A Tyler to serve during the pleasure of the Lodge
4. To Collect Alms.
5. To Consider any other Masonic Business.
6. To Close the Lodge
