1. To Open the Lodge.

2. To approve, confirm and sign the Minutes of the last Regular Meeting of the Lodge held on Saturday 18th. October 2025.

3. To read Letters and Communications.

4. To greet our visitors

5. To invest those Officers not present at the Installation Ceremony

6. To collect Alms.

7. To receive a report from the Lodge Almoner.

8. To receive a report from the Charity Steward.

9. To consider any other Business (Risings)

10. To Close the Lodge.

I am very pleased to have secured a Guest speaker called Weber of St. Andrews lodge whom I have known for a number of years.

Sam, known locally as ‘The Sussex Adventurer’ is an extreme sport competitor who has completed challenges of trekking through the Amazon jungle and climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.

In his presentation, Sam shares the journey on how his extreme fundraising expeditions started, the connection to Freemasonry and shares not only the adventure itself, but the deeper lessons it revealed about leadership, resilience, and the power of mindset when faced with overwhelming odds.

He will give us a fascinating account of his epic 53 day 3000 mile 2024/2025 challenge competing in the World’s toughest rowing race across the Atlantic Ocean with 3 other team members.

The Menu for the Christmas Festive Board will be Prawn Cocktail with Green Olives & a Cocktail Sauce.
