You are summoned to attend the regular meeting of the Lodge held in the
Conference Room at Hurstpierpoint College, Nr Hassocks Sussex on
Saturday 27th September 2025 at 16.30
By Order of the Worshipful Master

1.To open the Lodge.
2.To approve & confirm the circulated minutes of the last regular meeting held on Saturday 3+d May 2025.
3.To receive letters communications and apologies.
4.Bro Secretary to propose a notice of motion on behalf of the Bro treasurer to take immediate effect That subscriptions be increased to £125.00 per year
5.To Proclaim W Bro Adrian M R Cloke as the Worshipful Master for the ensuing year.
6.The Worshipful Master to appoint and invest the Officers of the Lodge who were not present at the Installation.
7.To collect Alms.
8.To receive a report from the Lodge Almoner.
9.To receive a report from the Lodge Charity Steward.
10.To receive any other Masonic business.
11.To close the Lodge.
