LABOUR OF THE LODGE
1. To open the Lodge.
2. To confirm the minutes of the Regular meeting held on
Monday 3rd November 2025 as previously circulated.
3. To read communications.
4. To read the minutes of 100 years ago.
5. To elect the Worshipful Master for the ensuing year.
[In accordance with the Book of Constitutions Rule 105(a) W Bro R J
being the only candidate and the Secretary not having been informed of any
other candidate, the Worshipful Master to declare him Master Elect].
6. To elect the Treasurer for the ensuing year.
[In accordance with Book of Constitutions Rule 112(a) W Bro L H being
the only candidate and the Secretary not having been informed of any other
candidate, the Worshipful Master to declare him Treasurer].
7. To elect the Tyler for the ensuing year.
8. To elect the following for the ensuing year:
i) A Brother to serve on the Finance & General Purposes and the Charities
Committees of Provincial Grand Lodge.
ii) Two Brethren to act as Examiners of the Lodge accounts.
9. In pursuance of Notice of Motion given at the last Regular meeting
W Bro J D will propose that Honorary Membership be accorded to

10. To collect Alms.
11. To receive Propositions.
12. To close the Lodge
