AGENDA

1. To open the Lodge.
2. To approve the minutes of the Installation Meeting held on Thursday 11th September 2025.
3. To receive apologies, letters and communications.
4. To Invest Officers unavoidably absent at the Installation meeting:
   WBro. Turner as Assistant Director of Ceremonies, WBro.Martin as Royal Arch Representative, Bro. Haydon & Bro.Yates as Stewards.
5. To ballot a candidate for freemasonry, Mr B E J H, proposed by W Bro Robinson, seconded by WBro Lear at the last regular meeting.
   If the ballot proves in favour to Initiate Mr B E J H.
   The Ceremony will be delivered by the Worshipful Master, and the Charge to the Initiates will be given by WBro. Blakey.
6. To receive reports from; a) Lodge Almoner b) Charity Steward c) Membership Officer.
7. To approve the Lodge Accounts for year ended 31st August 2025.
8. To collect Alms (at the Festive Board).
9. The Risings.
10. To close the Lodge. They think it’s all over – it is now!
