2. To consider and approve the minutes of the last Regular Meeting of the Lodge held on Friday 26th September 2025, previously circulated.

3. To receive Letters and Communications from United Grand Lodge, Provincial Grand Lodge and other sources and Apologies.

4. To greet visiting Masters and other Brethren.

5.  Presentation of Grand Lodge Certificate to Bro. Jon Mace

6. To carry out the Ceremony of Initiation for Mr R R M D, Proposed and Seconded by Bro Colin Jelliff and W Bro Ryan Smith respectively

The Working Tools by Bro Rhys Bunting or W Bro Will Smith

The Charge After Initiation will be given by W Bro David Scales

The Newly Initiated Brother will be presented with Documentation and Entered Apprentice

7. To collect Alms.

8. To call a ballot on the Notice of Motion given at the September meeting to admit as Joining
