BUSINESS

1. To open the Lodge.
2. To confirm the Minutes of the 61st Regular Meeting held on Friday 18th
   July 2025
3. To consider any correspondence.
4. Election of the Master Elect. In accordance with the provisions of the Book of Constitutions, Rule 105, that
5. W Bro Laurence Arnold being the only candidate for Master Elect and the Secretary not having been informed of any other, The Worshipful Master to declare W Bro Laurence Arnold Master Elect for the ensuing year. Any member present at the meeting may, however, demand a ballot.
6. Election of the Treasurer: In accordance with the Book of Constitutions, Rule 112, W Bro Michael Boyce being the only candidate for Treasurer and the Secretary not having been informed of any other, The Worshipful Master to declare W Bro Michael Boyce Treasurer for the ensuing year. Any member present at the meeting may, however, demand a ballot.
7. To elect for the following year the Tyler in accordance with the provisions of Book of Constitutions Rule 113, W Bro David Lester, being the only candidate for Tyler and the Secretary not having been informed of any other candidate; the Worshipful Master will declare W Bro Lester as Tyler for the ensuing year.
8. To elect two members to serve for the coming year: On the General Purposes Committee: As Accounts Examiners for the coming year.
9. To Elect a Representative to the Provincial Finance Committee
10. To receive reports from the Treasurer, Almoner, Membership and Mentor.
11. To Collect Alms.
12. To Take the Risings.
13. To Close the Lodge
