The 356th Regular Meeting of the Lodge will be held

on Friday 21st November 2025 at 5.30pm.

1. To open the Lodge.

2. To confirm the minutes of the 355th Regular Meeting held on Friday 17th October 2025. The minutes are circulated with this summons.

3. To invest Bro L B as Junior Deacon who was unavoidably absent at the Installation Meeting in September.

4. To Raise Bro B H to the sublime degree of a Master Mason.

5. In accordance with the Notice of Motion by the Treasurer at the October meeting the Bro Treasurer will propose and Bro Secretary Second the proposition to increase the annual subscription with effect from 1st January 2026 in accordance with By-Law 6.

6. In accordance with the Notice of Motion by the Treasurer at the October meeting the Treasurer will announce the exclusion of certain Brethren under Rule 181 of the Book of Constitution (Lodge By-Law 6). The exclusion notice procedure of Rule 181 has been fully complied with and a ballot will be conducted.

9. To collect Alms
