1) To open the Lodge
2) To approve and confirm the minutes (already circulated) of the
meetings held on Friday 25th April 2025 and 16th May 2025
3) To welcome the visitors.
4) To install W.Bro. P. A. Addison as Master of Crawley Lodge 7163
5) To invest and install officers of the Lodge
6 To receive reports from: –
a) The Almoner (b) The Charity Steward (at the Festive Board)
c) The Masonic Hall Management representative.
7) To report on proceedings of Grand Lodge.
8) To report on proceedings of Provincial Grand Lodge.
9) To receive propositions and subscriptions, and to transact any
further Masonic business which may arise
10) To close the Lodge.
