1. Open the Lodge
2. To welcome the Provincial Grand Masters representative.
3. To submit and confirm the minutes of the last Regular Meeting held on Thursday 16th July 2025.
4. To receive correspondence and apologies for unavoidable absence
5. To receive the inventory of the Lodge
6. To Install Bro A P as Worshipful Master for the ensuing year.
7. The Worshipful Master will appoint and invest the Officers of the Lodge.
8. The Address to the Master will be given by The Wardens by and the Brethren
9. To receive a report from the Lodge Charity Steward.
10. To collect Alms.
11. To receive a report from the membership officer
12. To receive a report from the Lodge Almoner.
13. To receive communications from United Grand Lodge.
14. To transact any other business that may arise for the good of Freemasonry in general or this the Cissbury Lodge No 5237, in particular.
15. To close the Lodge.
