1. To open the Lodge.
2. To receive the Deputy Provincial Grand Master as Representative of the Provincial Grand
Master.
3. To remember brethren who have passed to the Grand Lodge above.
4. To confirm and approve the Minutes of the 474th Regular Meeting held on the
3rd of April and the Emergency Meeting held on the 1st of May.
5. To install W Bro Derrick Simpson as the Worshipful Master of the Lodge for 2025/2026

9. Reports from the Lodge Charity Steward and the Almoner have been circulated by email.
10. To appoint a new representative for the Temple Management Committee.

12. To propose the following lodge donations: £1000 to the 2028 Festival, £100 to TLC and £100
to the Provincial Grand Master’s Relief Fund.
13. Presentation of the Lodge accounts for year-ending 30th June 2025.
