LODGE BUSINESS

FOR THE 251st MEETING OF THE LODGE TO BE HELD ON SATURDAY 1st NOVEMBER 2025.

1. To Open the Lodge.

2. To approve and confirm the Minutes of the last Regular Meeting held on 4th October 2025, which have been circulated to Lodge Members.

3. Letters and Communications.

4. To invest those Officers unavoidably absent from Installation Meeting.

5. The Bro Treasurer to propose the audited Accounts are adopted by the Lodge.

6. To Call the Lodge off, thereafter to receive a talk from W Bro Jim Grant entitled “Antique Arms”.

7. To demonstrate the Ceremony of the Empty Chair, thereafter to call the Lodge On.

8. To collect Alms.

9. To receive reports from the Lodge Almoner and Charity Steward.

10. To consider any other Masonic Business.

11. To Close the Lodge.
