1. To open the Lodge.
2. To receive the Provincial Representative W.Bro Guy Richard Purser PSGD, APGM escorted by
W.Bro Michael Robinson.
3. Approve the minutes of the meeting held on Thursday 26th June 2025.
4. Receive correspondance and apologies.
5. Welcome visitors.
6. To ballot for a Candidate for Initiation Mr Sunny Kamalpreet, Proposed by Bro. Raj Paul and seconded by Bro. Paul Sullivan in open
Lodge on 26th June 2025.
7. To install W.Bro. Michael Witham as Worshipful Master for the ensuing year.
8. Call off for refreshments
9. Call On for further dispatch of masonic business.
10. Invest and appoint officers.
11. The Addresses: Master by Michael Lowen; Wardens by W.Bro. Mike Burgan; Brethren by W.Bro.
Paul Taylor.
12. The Treasurer will give a Notice of Motion that Brethren more than nine months in arrears with
their annual subscription shall be excluded in accordance with Lodge By-Law No. 6 and Rule
181, Book of Constitutions.
13. Persuant to a written notice of motion sent to all members the treasurer will propose that the
following charitable donations be approved with a total of £600; MCF 2028 Sussex Festival –
£100.00; TLC – £100.00; Masonic Fishing Charity – £100.00; Association of Friends of Barford
Court – £100.00; St Wilfrids Hospice – £100.00; Bognor Regis Friends of the Hospital – £100.00;
14. To receive propositions for initiation or joining.
15. To receive the charity steward’s report.
16. To receive the almoner’s report.
17. To close the lodge.
