BUSINESS OF THE LODGE

To Remember the Fallen

1. To confirm the minutes of the 311th Meeting of the Lodge, held on the 14th October

2025.

2. To read Letters and Communications.

3. To Raise Bro Velea. Initiated on the 10th September 2024 and passed on

the 10th December 2024. Ceremony by WBro English. Traditional History by

WBro Howes of Lancing Lodge.

4. VWBro Richey will Present a Grand Lodge Certificate to Bro Polley.

5. In Pursuant of notice of motion the Bro Charity Steward proposed the following

Christmas donations of £150 each to The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity,

R.A.F. Benevolent Fund, Army Benevolent Fund, Sussex Police Charitable Trust,

Kent Surrey Sussex Air Ambulance, Alzheimer’s Society, Provincial Grand Master’s

Benevolent Fund, and £50 each to our Lodge Widows and that all funds from the No-

vember meeting go to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal. Subject to Change.

6. To Receive Charity Steward’s, Treasurer’s and Almoner’s Reports

7. Any other business that is the concern of the Lodge.

8. To close the Lodge.
