LABOUR OF THE LODGE
1. To Open the Lodge
2. To confirm the Minutes of the last regular meeting of the Lodge held on Saturday 13th
September 2025, as previously circulated.
3. To read Letters and Communications including those from Grand Lodge and Provincial Grand
Lodge
4. To welcome the Visitors
5. To Ballot for as a joining member, Bro Martin Gooding, A former member of the Lodge of
Kindness No 5696. He was proposed at the last regular meeting by Bro Rob Willis, and
seconded by W/Bro Richard Willis.
6. To Pass to the Degree of a Fellowcraft Bro Allan Clifford Bishop who was Initiated into the
Lodge on 12th October 2024. Ceremony by W/Bro Chris Allen and the Second Degree Tracing
Board by W/Bro Howard Sands.
7. In accordance with the provisions of Rule 105(a) Book of Constitutions, Brother John Cornish
being the only candidate for Master, and the Secretary not having been informed of any other
candidate, the Worshipful Master will declare Bro John Cornish as Master Elect for the ensuing
year
8. In accordance with the provisions of Rule 112(a) Book of Constitutions, W/Bro Martin
Timothy Creagh being the only candidate for Treasurer, and the Secretary not having been
informed of any other candidate , the Worshipful Master will declare W/Bro Martin Timothy
Creagh as Treasurer for the ensuing year
9. To elect for the ensuing year (i) A representative for the Provincial F&GP Committee,
(ii) A representative for the Provincial Charity Committee (iii) Two representatives for the
Lodge F&GP Committee (iv) Two Lodge Auditors
10. To collect the Alms

To receive the Charity Steward’s Report
Any other Business the Worshipful Master may be pleased to consider
