Dining – The cost of dining is £39.00 (excludes wine) which has been subsidised by Province.
Starter Duck pate with apricot and orange puree, ciabatta croute or Vegetarian: Beetroot and
Goats cheese salad (Vegan cheese to be available for vegans) – Pre order only
Mains – Chicken roulade with spinach & herbs, champ potato, rainbow carrots, Tenderstem
broccoli, bacon and onion fricassee or-Vegetarian: Sweet potato marmalade seed tart, Tenderstem
broccoli, rainbow carrots, tomato sauce (Vegan) – Pre order only
Dessert – -Sharing fresh fruit platter with cheese and biscuits with butter, chutney, celery & grapes

Hotel Car Parking – Attendees can take advantage of the concessionary rate of £12.00 for all day

I very much look forward to working with you as part of the Provincial Team at the upcoming Investiture meeting of W.Bro Neil Austin, our new Provincial Grand Master on Monday 27thOctober 2025.
The Grand DC is asking that everyone is on site by 8.45am, at the latest, for his rehearsals to start at 9am.
May I also ask you to assist with the room set-up on the Sunday morning, if you are available to do so. The Provincial Grand Tyler will arrive with the Lodge furniture at 10am sharp. We should be done in 2/3 hours, hopefully…!”
