3) To submit and, if approved, confirm the minutes of the 457th regular meeting.

4) To read letters, communications and to receive apologies for absence

5) To report on communications from

(a) United Grand Lodge of England

(b) Provincial Grand Lodge of Sussex

6) To ballot for and, if successful, to initiate Mr.W C B, Proposed in open lodge by Bro James Austen and seconded by WBro Glen Strachan at the last meeting and approved by the Worshipful Master and the GPC committee

7) To Close the lodge.
