LODGE BUSINESS

FOR THE 22nd REGULAR MEETING OF THE

LODGE TO BE HELD ON

FRIDAY 21st NOVEMBER 2025.

1. To Open the Lodge.

2. To approve and confirm the Minutes of the last regular meeting held on Friday 19th September

2025 which have been circulated to all Lodge Members.

3. To report on Letters, Communications and Apologies.

4. Pursuant to Notice of Motion given at the last regular meeting, the Treasurer is to propose that any member whose lodge subscription remained outstanding as of the 30th June 2025 shall be excluded from the Lodge in accordance with Lodge bye-law No.6 and Rule 181 Book of Constitutions.

5. The Treasurer to present the annual Accounts for approval.

6.To invest, if present any Officer unable to attend the Installation meeting.

7. Election of Officers:

(a) Master Elect: In accordance with the provision of B of C Rule 105a, W. Bro John

Ceiriog-Hughes being the only candidate, and the secretary not having been informed of any other candidate, the WM to declare W. Bro. J C H as Master Elect for the ensuing year.

(b) Treasurer: In accordance with the provision of B of C Rule 112a, W.Bro S T being the only candidate, and the secretary not having been informed of any other candidate, the WM to declare W. Bro S. T as Treasurer for the ensuing year.

( c )To elect two members to serve as Auditors for the ensuing year.

(d) To elect a Tyler for the ensuing year.

8. To Raise Bro. P J. C who was Initiated on the 15th November 2024 and Passed on 14th March 2025.

9. To collect Alms.

10. To receive reports from the Lodge Almoner and Charity Steward.

11. To consider any other Masonic Business.

12. To Close the Lodge.
