- To open the Lodge at 5.00pm.
- Eulogy for W. Bro. M.J. Davey, PSGD, PAsstPGM, by W. Bro. R. Lewis,PJGD, PProvGSec Eulogy for W. Bro. A.R. Knight, PPrSGD, by W. Bro. R.I. Cottrell, PPrSGD
- To approve and confirm the Minutes of the 165 Regular Meeting, which was held on Tuesday 18th March 2025, which have previously been circulated.
- To read correspondence.
- To note the Reports from the following officers which have previously been circulated

Bro. Chairty Steward will give A Notice of Motion that at the next Regular Meeting he will propose the following:-
A sum of £150 be donated to The Eastbourne & District Masonic Widows Assoc
A sum of £50 be donated to the Provincial grand Masters Relief Fund
A sum of £50 be donated to Friends of Barford Court
A sum of £50 be donated to The Masonic Fishing Charity
A sum of £50 be donated to T.L.C.
6. To receive the Treasurers Report, note accounts circulated and if approved if approved to adopt the accounts for the year ended 31% January 2025.
Bro Treasurer will give a Notice of Motion that at the next Regular Meeting he will propose that any member, whose subscriptions remain unpaid at 24 November 2025 will be excluded from the lodge in accordance with BoC Rule 181 & TAL9450 by Law
Bro Treasurer will give a Notice of Motion to increase the annual subscriptions from the 19t February 2026 to £185.00.
